What happens to my refund if I'm no longer using my card?

As long as the account that’s associated with the original card is still open, we can still process the refund to that account. This includes even if your card has been lost, stolen or canceled.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase to a different card or account. Please contact your bank provider if the original account was closed before the refund was initiated. If the account is closed, we can issue store credit only.
