You will receive a shipping notification email containing tracking info as soon as your order ships. Orders with multiple items may be processed at different warehouses and will be shipped separately; a separate notification is sent for each package.
International packages may have 2 or more tracking numbers and sometimes not have proper tracking. Tracking on an international order will only show the last location scan of the package and no longer updates once the package crosses the country border. Once your package reaches the destination country, it is delivered via local post.
If you cannot find or you have not received a shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folders. You can also check your order status from the Order History in your account.
