All returns and exchanges are processed within a week of the package’s arrival at our warehouse.
If you have been refunded, once the refund has been processed it usually takes about 5-to-10 business days for it to show up in your account. If you are experiencing any delays with seeing the funds back in your account, please contact your bank provider.
